Returns
We accept returns of unused and new Lans puzzles within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, puzzles must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Quality Guarantee
If your puzzle arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows a quality issue at any time after purchase, please contact us — we’ll make it right. Whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit, we’ll find the best solution for you.
Refunds
Refunds are flexible and can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund promptly.
Shipping
