At Lans Toys, every order is hand-packed in our Massachusetts workshop using recyclable materials. We ship carefully, communicate clearly, and treat every package like a gift.
Processing Time

In-stock items: ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Made-to-order items: ship within 3–5 business days (clearly labeled on the product page).
U.S. Shipping & Rates

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax/discounts).

Flat shipping on U.S. orders under $50 (flat rate shown at checkout).

Carriers: USPS and UPS, selected by size, weight, and destination.

We ship to all U.S. states and most PO boxes. Some oversized items may require a street address.)
Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Enter your address carefully. Need a change? Email support@lanstoys.com immediately with your order number—if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

If a package shows Delivered but isn’t found, check with household members/neighbors and allow 24 hours. Still missing? Email us—we’ll help.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or credit—whatever’s best for you.
Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one box; you’ll receive tracking for each.
