• Items with a piece count marked “In Stock” ship from our Massachusetts studio within 1–2 business days.

• Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays.

Made-to-Order

• If a piece count is not marked as stocked, it is made to order.

• Please allow an additional 3 business days for production (print, glue, cut, and box) before shipment.

• Once ready, your order follows our standard shipping policy and transit times.

Mixed Carts (In Stock + Made-to-Order)

• Orders containing both may ship together when the made-to-order item is complete.

• If you need the in-stock item sooner, please place separate orders or contact us to request a split shipment (additional shipping may apply).
